This website is solely owned and operated by Wellhouse Ministries, Inc., a 501c3(c) charity, and we only have access to/collect the personal information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. If you provide us with another person’s information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to do so and have that person’s full consent to do so. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us, and, if you choose, to send you our newsletter and to otherwise keep you informed about Wellhouse Ministries, Inc. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization without your permission, except to a third-party vendor who is assisting us that we may contract to perform services for you on our behalf. Payment Processing
We use third-party providers to process donations to Wellhouse Ministries Inc., such as Paypal, Inc. We are not responsible for the content and privacy policies of these third-party providers. Please refer to their individual Terms of Service and Privacy Policy statements to better understand how they collect and use your data. We also take donations over the phone. We process the payment directly through Paypal during the phone call and do not save your credit information. (See below for more information about our security.)
Amazon Smile
We participate in Amazon’s Smile program. If you select Wellhouse Ministries Inc. as your preferred charity, Amazon will donate 0.5% of your total purchases back to us. WE post information about setting up Wellhouse Ministries Inc. as your preferred charity but the process takes place entirely on your Amazon account. You will have to refer to Amazon’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy statements to find out how they collect and use your data.
Other Third-Party Vendors and Services
In an effort to serve you better, our services are enhanced by leveraging third party services and platforms to maximize time, budgets and overall client and team resources (which may include Google Calendar, Outlook, Go Daddy, Google Business, Google Drive, Wix, Bluehost, Weebly, etc.). We also may provide links to our pages on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and YouTube). We are not responsible for the content and privacy policies of these third parties. Only persons who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, administrative services or volunteer coordination) are granted access to personally identifiable information.
